Payment(s)
A non-refundable deposit of thirty percent of the final amount is needed to secure your date. The remaining balance is due two-weeks prior to the date of the event. The method of payment(s) by the client to Exotic Events and Event Planning shall only be made only by:
Our Terms
We have had the privilege to work with various organizations and individuals, helping them develop a great social and eventful environment for their events.
Staff Safety
Altercations cause by any of the clients guest(s) at any time during the event will result in an immediate termination.
Travel
EXOTIC DECO AND EVENT PLANNING offers services outside of the five boroughs of MILWAUKEE The client will be responsible for all associated travel fees. All fees associated with traveling must be paid in full; along with the required deposit payment to secure the services of ” EXOTIC DECO AND EVENT PLANNING ”. Traveling fees are non-refundable. Hotel fees can also be included in travel depending on location.
Certificate Of Liability Insurance
Exotic Deco and Event will provide a General Certificate of Liability if required.
Cancellations
The client may terminate the services at any time and must notify Exotic Deco and Event by email or notification phone.
Event Images And Video
Photographs and videos for purposes of promoting Exotic Deco Event Planning. Content may appear on Events website, social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)other promotional.
